Site License Agreement

The Edge Portfolio Analyzer is available through a site license agreement. Key elements of the agreement are:

• The license is perpetual. The EPA may be used indefinitely without additional charges.
• Maintenance support (phone and e-mail support plus new releases and fixes) is included at no additional charge for the first 12 months. After that, continued maintenance is available for 15% of the current license fee.
• Additional sites may be licensed under our Distributed Site License Option (DSLO). All invoicing, shipping and support are handled through the organization's Basic Site. The Basic Site is responsible for internal distribution to the organization's DSLO sites.
• License fees are for the entire site. There are no size or usage-based fees such as MIPS, Model Group, or transaction charges. The organization is free to merge, split and/or shift workloads without fear of incurring additional charges.
• The EPA does not contain any locks or other disabling devices. Therefore the organization can change or upgrade processors without waiting on the vendor to provide appropriate keys.
